Through our platform you can deposit funds, transfer them to another user, make withdrawals, and even exchange between Bitcoin and Monero.
Whilst we accept both BTC and XMR, we highly recommend Monero since it's faster, has lower fees, and is more privacy friendly. Deposits can take a little while to arrive in the Incognito system as we require 10 confirmations for Monero and 2 confirmations for Bitcoin. This can typically take between 20 minutes and 1 hour. If using Bitcoin, ensure you send a sufficient fee otherwise you may be left waiting many hours for your deposit to register. If you have any issues with deposits, simply raise a ticket - we offer support 24 hours a day. We do kindly ask that you wait at least 3 hours from the time of deposit before raising a ticket however.
When making withdrawals, you may only make one withdraw request per hour of each coin type. This is to prevent the overload and potential attacks on our servers which would negatively impact the experience for all users.
If you wish to exchange funds between Monero and Bitcoin, our fee is fixed 2%. This makes us one of the lowest fee cryptocurrency exchanges on the darknet. For comparison, the leading darknet cryptocurrency exchange (Infinity Exchanger) has fees of 4%. So you can save 50% on fees by exchanging through Incognito.
To become a vendor on Incognito, you must first enable PGP Two Factor Authentication (2FA), then select your application type. You will then be asked to provide details of your previous vending experience and sign a message with your PGP key. The current vendor bond to trade on Incognito is $750 (USD). Finalize Early (FE) status is available to large vendors with an outstanding reputation, however you can apply to hold FE Vendor status immediately at a cost of $5000 USD which is refundable should you decide to stop trading on Incognito Market at any time. This is only available to vendors with over 1,000 verified sales on major platforms. Otherwise, all transactions are subject to escrow (which can be configured at 5 days or more depending on your delivery times).
Should a buyer have issues with delivery of quality goods, they have the option of escalating the matter to an Incognito moderator for review. We would always encourage dialogue between the vendor and the buyer in the first instance, but if this is not possible and an agreement cannot be reached between the two parties, an Incognito moderator will make the final decision. This may result in the issuing of a refund or partial refund to the buyer, or alternativelty funds may be released to the vendor in full. Any evidence provided will be carefully considered and reviewed by our staff.
